The Power of the Wind
Programs prepared and presented for local school districts within Morris, Warren & Sussex Counties; grades 3rd -6th. The activities within POW involve our youth in the engineering design process as they learn about the wind and its uses as a renewable energy resource, through cooperative learning and inquiry based 4-H model of delivery; from rocketry to electromagnetism.

Arlington Remove Invasive Plants (RiP)
Grow local and keep Arlington County, Virginia's Long Branch Natural Center Natural. On the 3rd Sunday of every month, 2-5 PM, meet at the building, learn about non-native, invasive plants, and come out and help control some of them. Dress protectively and bring water, and hand tools if you have them. Folding saws and pruners are handy, and work gloves.
