Mt. Diablo State Park Volunteer Trail Crew
Join us on the second Saturday of each month to help maintain the trails at Mt. Diablo State Park. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
Projects include basic pruning and tread repair but can also include construction of new trails or the construction or repair of features in existing trails. We provide the tools and the training. You will need to bring lunch and water and should preferably wear long sleeve shirts, long pants, hat, gloves and sturdy work shoes. No open-toed shoes will be allowed.
During the week before the second Saturday, an email is sent to interested volunteers informing them of the meeting location and the trail work that is expected. To get more information and to have have your name added to the list of recipients for the monthly email, email msinclair@parks.ca.gov.
