Media Release Form
One of the best ways to document the success of volunteer projects and encourage more people to lend a hand is by taking photos and video. Your pictures and video can be used by NPLD to help promote the program and teach others about community service and public lands. If you would like to send pictures or video to NPLD, please fill out the media release form.
A media release form must be filled out by every identifiable person in the pictures and video as well as the person behind the camera. Filled out forms can be mailed, emailed or faxed to the National Environmental Education Foundation. Don't forget to send us the image and video too!
