Webinar 1: The Case for Support
Watch video of webinar
At the heart of every fundraising campaign lies the case statement—the fundamental document that outlines your plan and strategy. Without it, an organization’s fundraising will suffer from a lack of direction. It’s the rationale, the reason you’re raising money—and with it you’re communicating to a wide range of your stakeholders why your organization both needs and merits philanthropic support. Join us as we move from assessing your organization’s readiness to fundraise to developing a high-octane case statement that will jump start your organization’s campaign. Learn more>
Webinar 2: Developing a Fundraising Plan
April 11, 2012 at 2 p.m. EST
To paraphrase that sagely advice from yesteryear: “No one plans to fail, they just fail to plan.” And the same applies to fundraising. Laying out a strong plan before you start a campaign helps to ensure the success of your organization’s efforts. Allay your fears and confusion as you learn the various aspects of a fundraising plan including goals, organizational assessment, timelines, fund diversification, identification of donors (and the “donor pyramid”) and evaluation. Both webinars will be conducted by George Ivey, a consultant and writer specializing in fundraising and project management. To learn more read his bio.
