At the heart of every fundraising campaign lies the case statement—the fundamental document that outlines your plan and strategy. Without it, an organization’s fundraising will suffer from a lack of direction. It’s the rationale, the reason you’re raising money, and with it you’re communicating to a wide range of your stakeholders why your organization both needs and merits philanthropic support.
This webinar was conducted by George Ivey, a consultant and writer specializing in fundraising and project management. Read more in his bio.
